    Position summary

    eptional leader to join us as Senior Director, Sales Development for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive measurable results, and play a key role in shaping our regional success.

    About the Role

    As the Senior Director of Sales Development, you will oversee an extended leadership team and multiple Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Business Development Representative (BDR) teams across the ANZ region. In this 12-month contract role, you will be tasked with quickly ramping up, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering significant impact through pipeline growth and team development.

    This leadership role demands a hands-on approach, the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, and a passion for nurturing talent while achieving ambitious business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, coach, and inspire an extended leadership team and their respective SDR and BDR teams to achieve individual and collective success.

    • Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on hiring, talent development, and career progression.

    Strategic Impact:

    • Drive pipeline growth to achieve key metrics such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

    • Develop and implement scalable strategies that align with Salesforce's growth objectives for the ANZ region.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner closely with senior sales leaders, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to optimise demand generation and ensure smooth handoffs from Sales Development to Account Executives.

    • Establish trust and alignment with internal stakeholders to drive shared success.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to refine processes and strategies.

    • Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and maintain accountability.

    About You:

    • Proven track record of leading large, quota-carrying sales or sales development teams.

    • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with experience delivering on ARR and MRR goals.

    • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

    • A passion for people development, with a track record of hiring and coaching top talent.

    • Exceptional operational acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

    • Experience in the ANZ market, particularly in the public sector and enterprise landscape, is highly desirable.
