    Responsibilities
    • チームメンバーの採用、育成、トレーニング、コーチング
    • チームメンバーのKPI管理、モチベーション管理、チームパフォーマンスの最大化
    • 外勤営業マネージャーとの連携(営業戦略の相互理解、アクションプラン策定、レポーティング)
    • マーケティングとの連携(効果的なキャンペーンの企画、立案、実行)
    • 営業企画、他部門との連携(各種プロセス改善の提案と実行)
    • 上位マネジメントに対する各種レポーティング

    【必須(MUST)】

    • 顧客視点でビジネスに向き合えること

    • 各種営業マネジメント業務

    • 関連部門との緊密な連携、役割の理解、全社最適の思想

    • 育成への高いモチベーション

    • 6年以上の営業経験

    • 各種KPIに基づくパフォーマンスマネジメントスキル

    • 高いコミュニケーション力

    • タイムマネジメントスキル
