About this role:
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to help enter a new category of Marketing Technology. This role requires a strong ability to prototype, evangelize, and gain support from senior and executive leadership teams. You will foster quick progress through prototyping and experimentation - turning concepts into code this year. You will support a Senior Director and Senior Vice President in executing this vision by designing customer-centric solutions in this space while leveraging partnerships with other Salesforce clouds to execute. This role reports to a Senior Vice President of Product Management based in the Bellevue, WA office.
Responsibilities:
Drive feature-area level execution in a team entering a new category of Marketing Technology for Marketing Cloud.
Support evangelism of this endeavor to senior and executive leadership teams.
Deliver requirements, experiments, Proof-of-concept, and ultimately a released capability within the year - and then help scale investment in this area.
Develop partnerships with related Salesforce clouds to maximize the impact of this program.
Support development and revision of the Marketing Cloud roadmap overall.
Elevate the organization's understanding of Marketer's needs and competitive pressures.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent
Deep experience with marketing technologies or workflow management
Consistent track record of leading all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience addressing executive leadership
Demonstrated excellence at working independently and effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Demonstrated success in distributed, global team
