    Position summary

    drive the recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing through offer acceptance, for technical roles across our organization.

    • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier passive tech talent. This includes leveraging various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, networking, and direct outreach.

    • Collaborate with the global recruiting team to contribute to the development, implementation, and execution of recruiting programs and strategies aimed at filling current technical openings and building a robust pipeline of qualified tech candidates.

    • Forge strong, consultative partnerships with engineering and business leadership, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.

    • Proactively network, conduct targeted cold outreach, and deeply engage with passive candidate networks within the technology landscape.

    • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR) to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.

    • Articulate our company's value proposition and technical vision to prospective candidates, effectively showcasing the opportunities within our Tech & Products Ohana.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, either in-house at a technology company or within a specialized tech recruiting agency.

    • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring passive technical candidates from direct competitors and within the broader tech market.

    • Strong understanding of the technology market, various tech stacks, and different engineering disciplines.

    • Proven ability to articulate technical concepts and company value propositions to candidates.

    • Excellent cold-calling and relationship-building skills via phone and other communication methods.

    • Significant experience partnering with and influencing senior technical hiring managers and executives throughout the entire recruiting cycle.

    • Expertise in direct sourcing methodologies and effective interviewing techniques for technical roles.

    • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines and thrive in a high-velocity environment.

    • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant HR technologies.

    • A genuine passion for technology and its impact.

    Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

    For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

    For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900.

    Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
