ect (STA) with deep specialization in Agentforce and Data 360 to lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role focused on helping organizations design, deploy, and scale intelligent Agentforce solutions powered by trusted enterprise data foundations.
The STA serves as the senior-most technical authority across Agentforce engagements, combining hands-on platform expertise with architectural leadership and executive advisory capabilities. This role is instrumental in shaping Agentforce strategy, leading complex solution design, guiding delivery execution, and enabling customers to operate as agent-enabled enterprises.
In addition to technical depth, the role requires strong executive communication, presentation excellence, objection handling, and escalation management skills to support high-stakes enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Agentforce Architecture & Technical Leadership:
Own end-to-end technical architecture for enterprise Agentforce implementations
Design scalable agent ecosystems including orchestration models, tool integrations, reasoning flows, and multi-agent patterns
Lead hands-on configuration and development of agents, prompts, topics, actions, flows, and platform customizations
Establish architecture guardrails for performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and secure AI operations
Define enterprise agent design standards, reusable patterns, and reference architectures
Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex Agentforce program challenges
Strategic Customer Engagement & Advisory:
Act as the senior technical advisor and architectural counterpart to enterprise customers
Engage CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders with outcome-driven architecture narratives and AI roadmaps
Lead executive architecture reviews, vision workshops, and solution strategy sessions
Handle technical objections through structured solution positioning and risk mitigation approaches
Own technical escalation management, recovery planning, and stakeholder alignment
Pre-Sales Contributions:
Partner with account and GTM teams on strategic pursuits requiring deep Agentforce expertise
Lead technical discovery, use-case framing, and agent opportunity identification
Facilitate agent design workshops and jobs-to-be-done sessions
Develop solution blueprints, architecture proposals, and implementation strategies
Support architecture-led demonstrations and proof-of-value initiatives
Delivery Oversight & Architecture Governance:
Provide architectural governance across implementation lifecycles
Guide integration of Agentforce with Salesforce platform capabilities and enterprise systems
Ensure adherence to best practices for scalability, security, compliance, and operational readiness
Mentor delivery teams and provide design authority across parallel programs
Data 360 for Agentforce:
Architect unified customer data foundations to power context-aware and grounded agents
Design data models, identity resolution strategies, and real-time activation patterns
Establish data ingestion, harmonization, governance, privacy, and security frameworks
Align enterprise data architecture with agent grounding and knowledge retrieval patterns
Internal Enablement & Innovation
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Agentforce architecture
Build reusable assets, accelerators, and technical reference materials
Deliver internal enablement programs and mentor architects and engineers
Provide field insights and Voice-of-Customer feedback to influence product evolution
Qualifications and Skills:
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Technical Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture roles
Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations in architect capacity
Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentforce solutions in enterprise environments
Demonstrated leadership in architecting agentic systems and intelligent automation platforms
Strong capability in Agent architecture and orchestration design, Agent configuration, lifecycle management, and governance, Prompt design and optimization, API-led integrations and platform extensibility, Enterprise architecture patterns and technical governance
Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage technical objections and stakeholder escalations
Experience operating in complex, high-visibility enterprise programs
Required Certifications:
Agentforce Specialist Certification
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
Agentblazer Legend Status
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Data 360 / enterprise customer data platform architecture
Strong knowledge of AI/LLM technologies including Large Language Models and enterprise deployment patterns, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector databases and knowledge grounding, Agent planning and reasoning frameworks, Responsible AI and governance practices
Experience across Salesforce platform capabilities (Flow, Apex, APIs, Integration Patterns)
Experience designing conversational and agent experience frameworks
Exposure to regulated industry environments
Preferred Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
Other AI/ML or Cloud Architect certifications
