We are looking for a Senior Technical Architect to join our growing HLS team. In this role, you will serve as a solution design authority and technical leader across complex digital health programs.
You will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and interoperable Salesforce solutions that align with both technical standards and healthcare-specific needs. This includes working closely with providers, government agencies, and partners to modernize clinical systems, patient portals, and case management workflows.
You must have proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with relevant Salesforce Domain Architecture certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect). Experience in consulting-especially in multi-stakeholder and enterprise environments-is highly valued.
Your Impact
Lead architecture for Salesforce implementations across healthcare, aged care, disability, or community services.
Design solution architectures aligned with clinical workflows, funding models, and privacy/compliance frameworks.
Guide delivery teams through technical governance, integration planning, and secure configuration practices.
Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into solution roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
Engage directly with CIOs, CMOs, architects, and technical stakeholders to shape strategic outcomes.
Ensure designs comply with standards such as FHIR, HL7, ISO27001, My Health Record, and Support at Home reforms.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to validate architecture during delivery execution.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice growth through knowledge-sharing and innovation.
Support pre-sales solutioning, proposals, and architecture assessments when required.
Basic Requirements
8+ years of enterprise software delivery experience, with at least 3+ years as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
Salesforce Domain Architecture certifications required (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
Proven experience leading technical architecture in healthcare programs (e.g., hospital, aged care, mental health, NDIS).
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data modeling, integrations, and platform security.
Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder engagement and communicate with both business and technical teams.
Ability and willingness to travel across ANZ based on project needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior consulting experience with enterprise customers and/or government health providers.
Experience with Salesforce technologies: Health Cloud, OmniStudio, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Public Sector Solutions.
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Health Cloud Accredited Professional, B2B/B2C Solution Architect).
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks - TOGAF certification strongly preferred.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile project delivery (e.g., SAFe).
Knowledge of ANZ healthcare standards: Medicare, NDIS, Support at Home, My Health Record.
Exposure to Salesforce Industries (SFI) and relevant accelerator kits.
