Software Engineer | DevOps - CI/CD

• Ensure the operational integrity of our CI/CD pipelines, solving and resolving issues as they arise.
• Regularly evaluate the performance and efficiency of the pipelines, implementing improvements to streamline processes and reduce deployment times.

Infrastructure Oversight:

• Monitor and maintain the underlying infrastructure supporting our CI/CD pipelines to guarantee high availability and reliability.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure that the infrastructure aligns with our security policies and compliance standards.

System Integration:

• Maintain and enhance the systems integrated with our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring flawless functionality and efficient software deployment.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and adjust integrations to optimize workflow and pipeline performance.

Custom Software Development:

• Develop and maintain custom software solutions in JavaScript and Java to extend the functionality of our CI/CD pipelines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following standard methodologies and contributing to our codebase's health and sustainability.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to align CI/CD practices with company goals and project requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Proven experience in DevOps and CI/CD practices, preferably in a large-scale environment.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Java.| NodeJS
• Experience with the Salesforce platform is highly desirable.
• Proficient in working with various CI/CD tools and technologies.
• Solid understanding of cloud services, containerization, and orchestration (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
