    Position summary

    er (SE), you are the Strategic Advisor who helps New Zealand's most iconic organisations envision their future. You aren't just a technical resource; you are a storyteller and a problem-solver. Working alongside our Sales partners, you will own the "business case for change," translating complex organisational challenges into clear, value-driven digital journeys.
    We are looking for a collaborator who is curious about the "why" behind the "how." You will join a high-trust team where we value collaborative development. We operate with a 'no single point of failure' mindset, ensuring that as you lead your accounts, you have the full support and shared knowledge of the team behind you.

    Background & Experience

    There is no "perfect" path to becoming an SE. We are interested in your potential and transferable skills. You might be a fit if you have experience in:

    • Consulting or Advisory: Helping clients navigate change or solve business problems.

    • Customer-Facing Roles: Roles where you've had to present ideas, build relationships, or manage complex projects.

    • Industry Knowledge: Experience in New Zealand's key sectors (Retail, Government, FSI, etc.) and an understanding of the local market.
