    Position summary

    nd Agentforce-first organization. Reporting to the VP, Impact Technology & Operations, this role will partner cross-functionally with stakeholders in philanthropy, sustainability, finance, accounting, and technology on a variety of projects spanning business operations, budget management, and technology implementation.

    This person should expect to spend their time managing individual and organizational budgets, providing hands-on project management support, and development and implementing operational process improvements. The role includes a blend of project-based and ongoing operational ownership, and is perfect for a candidate who is self-motivated, solution-oriented, ready for hands-on problem solving, and excels in building trusted relationships.

    Impact Budget Management

    • Partner across the leadership team to help build and manage the Impact budget, ensuring alignment with annual and quarterly targets

    • Support end-to-end procurement process for key items, including onboarding new suppliers, creating purchase requisitions and handling invoicing

    • Monitor quarterly spend, working with members of the team to ensure spend is on track and that any changes are documented and communicated to finance

    • Troubleshoot issues with procurement processes or quarterly budgeting and provide internal support and enablement as needed to the team

    • Provide operational support for headcount and hiring needs across the team

    • Support other areas of business operations as required

    Impact Operations & Project Management

    • Proactively identify areas in the organization that require additional operational expertise, and assess and implement solutions in partnership with relevant stakeholders

    • Partner with cross-functional Impact Technology team to design and optimize operations for greater efficiency and smoother collaboration

    • Project manage key internal impact technology projects from inception to completion in partnership with Impact Tech team and other company subject matter experts

    • Support Impact Technology team in training and enablement of internal users on newly developed technology solutions

    • Partner with Philanthropy team on process improvement projects to strengthen giving operations

    • Support business leaders across the company as needed to ensure smooth submission of donation requests

    • Prepare ad hoc and regular meeting materials, internal briefing documents, and slide presentations for key areas of work

    About You:

    • 5+ years of experience working in an operational or project management role requiring a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    • Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple projects and simultaneous deadlines while building rapport cross-functionally with stakeholders

    • Experience managing budgets and ensuring on target spend using procurement systems and processes (ideally Coupa)

    • Excellent communication skills with experience crafting content in multiple formats (emails, briefs, slide decks) for an executive audience

    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, and comfort building rapport cross-functionally at multiple levels

    • Passionate about technology and AI, with experience in Salesforce, Slack, and analytics tools

    • Background or strong interest in philanthropy and sustainability

    For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $111,200 to $152,900.

    Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
