As a member of the Global Business Strategy and Operations organization, Analysts will perform a variety of responsibilities on enterprise level projects to improve and scale our internal Product-To-Cash operations. Duties include diagramming as-is and to-be processes, gathering and documenting requirements, managing to project timelines and deliverables, working with cross functional teams to understand future state goals, and providing status updates to team members.
Responsibilities:
Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Required Skills/Experience:
3+ Years as a Business Analyst
Experience related to Configure Price Quote, Contract Lifecycle and/or Order Management processes and systems
Experience mentoring Business Analysts and/or colleagues in both soft and hard skills development
Experience with business requirements gathering and documentation / user story experience
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and in writing; willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues; ability to think quickly; excellent listening skills; organizational skills
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while navigating ambiguity and timelines where adaptability is imperative
Capacity to identify and understand broader business and financial issues from an end-user's perspective and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
Experience successfully balancing multiple projects and tasks concurrently
Solid attention to detail with an ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
Curiosity in order to extract relevant information from subject matter experts
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Solid understanding of Lucidcharts or similar process documentation software
Solid understanding of Smartsheets or other project management software
Experience with Salesforce products a plus
Exposure to enterprise level, transformational projects
Prior experience with New Product Introductions processes, Business Operations, Quote to Cash Operations and/or M&A Operations
This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.
