This role offers the chance for someone who has a program-oriented mindset, is a self-starter, creative and organized to play a pivotal role in leading the Sales Leader Academy program as well as critical work streams across all Academy & Community Programs.
We're seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Analyst to lead and optimize the Sales Leader Academy Program and cross-program workstreams. You'll be responsible for operational execution, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring our programs scale efficiently, deliver measurable outcomes, and create lasting impact.
You are analytical, systems-oriented, and thrive at the intersection of data, process, and people. You bring structure to ambiguity, manage complex program operations, and are an expert in translating insights into action. You will be the go-to person for Academy nominations and process automation, tech & tools.
Responsibilities:
Program Ownership - Sales Leader Academy
Learning Journey Development & Execution
Creating meaningful give-back opportunities for Sales Leaders as part of their Academy Journey
Leading content & agenda workstream for the 2-day Sales Leader in-person Retreat in San Francisco
Executing & attending virtual Academy sessions
Sourcing and preparing speakers and delivery partners before sessions
Creating program schedule to ensure scalability across 3 time zones
Creating Sales Leader Academy 12-month learning journey based on KPIs & stakeholder's feedback as well as members role and expectations
Stakeholder Management
Creating and maintaining stakeholder roadmap and being the Sales Leader Academy contact for stakeholders
Building rapport & managing stakeholder relationship inclusive of Academy Members, their leaders, Executives, ES, Enablement Business Partners, Sales Leader Excellence Coaches, Delivery & Logistics Team etc.
Reporting
Translate data into actionable insights by synthesizing survey results, stakeholder feedback, and demand generation outcomes to influence strategic decisions and demonstrate program ROI.
Track, measure, and report on program effectiveness through monthly insights on program consumption, engagement trends, and alignment with defined success metrics.
Delivery
Facilitating selected sessions like kick-off, graduation and the in-person Retreat with senior executives and delivery team
Comms
Developing & managing communications strategy across all stakeholder groups and partnering with Communications Lead on execution for the Sales Leader Academy program
Ensuring stakeholder & Academy brand awareness across the distribution organisation
Ownership of Workstreams across all Academy & Community Programs
Nominations Strategy across all Programs
Process Ownership: Build and evolve the nominations framework and tools to ensure equitable and strategic participation across programs. Own the end-to-end process - from vision to execution - ensuring systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving program needs.
Technical Execution: Implement the technical infrastructure behind nominations - including building dashboards, crafting complex formulas in Google Sheets, automating workflows in Slack, implementing agents, and connecting tools for seamless functionality.
Data Integrity & QA: Audit, QA, and validate data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency before information is shared or used for decision-making.
Automation & Innovation: Leverage AI/Agent technologies to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with tech, leaders, and comms partners to ensure timely, effective outreach and alignment with program goals.
Process automation, tech & tools
Efficiency & Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for process simplification and scale.
Tech & Tools Enablement: Serve as the tech-savvy process advisor, ensuring adoption of internal tools and AI-driven workflows.
Governance & Logistics: Maintain and evolve Academy templates, checklists, budget tracking, and swag operations.
Tools: Go-to-person for all Tech & Tools used within the team such as Astro's Course Tracker, Tableau Dashboards, Slack Workflows, EOA, etc.
Basic Requirements:
5-7+ years of experience in program management, preferably in Sales Enablement, L&D, or leadership development within the tech industry
Proven operational excellence with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (e.g., data management, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas) and Slack Workflows
Demonstrated data fluency: experience interpreting and presenting insights via tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence with a track record of influencing cross-functional and senior teams
Strong project management skills with experience managing global, cross-functional programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; skilled in storytelling with data
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining attention to detail
Curious, proactive, and innovative; able to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change
Experience automating workflows using AI or low-code tools
Preferred Requirements:
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and related tools
Experience working with distributed sales organizations or sales leaders

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.
