We are looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Manager for our UKI Enterprise ICE Industry to drive the next chapter in our growing market and act as trusted advisor for the SVP ICE and the leadership team. The role will be supporting the SVP ICE - Industry, Consumer and Energy Sectors and and will be reporting into the Head of Enterprise Sales Strategy & Operations UKI.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
Partnering with UKI SVP ICE to drive and assess the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership
Drive ICE Industry strategy, business planning and operations for Prime business (Digital, Tableau), and Specialist Cloud Sales (Slack, Service, Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud)
Establish the governance for the ICE Industry, aligning with overall Enterprise Industry Sales cadence (KPIs, reporting, QBRs, Big Bet Forum, Pipe Council etc)
Owning and driving the business operational model and cadence (forecast calls, business reviews etc)
Defining and implementing the right go-to-market approach (Segmentation, Planning, Headcount, Quotas)
Delivering strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives
Collaborate cross functionally to drive business success and execution of go-to-market strategics
Desired Skills/Experience:
Strong work experience in a top consulting firm OR high tech company in a highly analytical role OR strategy department in a fast-paced growth company
Solid problem solving skills: Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations.
Strong communication skills to translate results into easily digestible messages and executive presentations
Experience of leading cross functional groups to drive business planning, business cadence and operations
Experience of assisting and developing (multi-skilled) people
Team player: highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions
Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency
Assertiveness, directness, and a "company first" mentality
High energy, autonomy and resilience with a "get it done" attitude
Preferable but not mandatory: Bachelor degree in analytics field (Finance, Technology, Engineering, Business)
The work is sustained on a vast amount of sales data captured by the Salesforce Platform and discussions with key stakeholders across functions. The successful candidate will possess very strong analytical & problem solving skills, communication skills, strong work ethic and will want to learn and grow their career in a fast-paced environment.
