    About the Role

    The Paid Media Intern will support our Global Paid Media team in driving performance marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline for the business.

    This is not a "brand marketing" internship. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution; supporting campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and other demand generation channels.

    You'll gain hands-on exposure to how a global performance marketing engine operates at scale, how budgets translate into pipeline outcomes, and how operational rigor protects measurement integrity.

    What You'll Do

    Performance Tracking & Reporting

    • Assist with weekly pacing and performance tracking across key KPIs (spend, engagement, conversions, pipeline indicators).

    • Help prepare recurring reports and dashboards used in stakeholder readouts.

    • QA data outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    Insights & Optimization Support

    • Compile performance summaries by audience, creative theme, or channel.

    • Support test documentation and learning logs.

    • Help identify trends or anomalies that require deeper review.

    Planning & Operational Support

    • Assist with business brief documentation and tracking.

    • Support internal process documentation and template management.

    • Help maintain organization across key deadlines and campaign milestones.

    What You'll Learn

    Required Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field (December 2026/May 2027 graduation date)

    • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working in spreadsheets

    • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

    • Clear written communication skills

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    Nice to Have

    • Exposure to marketing analytics, statistics, or performance measurement coursework

    • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)

    • Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

    • Interest in B2B or enterprise marketing

    At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions.The typical base salary range for this position is $28 - $32 per hour.The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
