Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Management Coordinator reporting to the Sr. Director, Portfolio Management. In this role, you will support finance initiatives to drive projects and transparency for Business Technology employees. This includes, but not limited to, communications, programs, process improvements and analytics. The position requires a strong analytical mind, high attention to detail, good communication skills, and work ethic. This is a great opportunity for a go-getter to advance his or her career.
Responsibilities
Deliver on a variety of end-to-end projects that are medium to high complexity, including plan, design, create, and communicate.
Assist Senior Technical Program Managers in managing scope, schedule & budget for medium to large complexity projects
Provide data, analysis, and commentary on project related data, progress and status
Work closely with Finance & Sourcing partners to develop and present on various monthly reporting needs
Develop and maintain various CIO Office Team dashboards utilizing Einstein Analytics and Tableau
Solicit feedback from the immediate team and wider IT organization and iterate to improve efficiency and/or effectiveness
Assist in conducting program retrospectives at the end of projects and critical milestones.
Assist Portfolio managers with work intake processes as needed.
Required Skills/Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related fields, with exposure to Agile methodologies.
Experience in contributing to successful projects with multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and dependencies
Flawless execution of activities, with high attention to detail, organization, and process
Excellent communication & interpersonal relationship skills to follow-up and drive tasks across various teams
Experience with data analysis and reporting; proven ability to analyze, present, and action on raw data
Ability to identify and automate manual processes to drive efficiencies
Strong teamwork skills; an ability to offer suggestions and persuade on improvements to processes
Ability to mentor and ramp up new junior team members.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to decision-making processes and take action within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Other Skills/Preferred Requirements
Strong presentation skills
Ability to quickly ramp on collaboration technologies (Google, SmartSheet, Quip, Slack)
Workday Project Management Certification
Salesforce.com organization and product knowledge is a plus
Ability to build/manage basic tableau dashboards off of data in Google Sheets
Exposure to managing aspects of projects, including data gathering and problem-solving is a plus
PMP and/or Agile certification
