    Position summary

    ing set of strategic initiatives related to the Professional Services business, taking open-ended desired outcomes and developing / executing an approach, conducting research / analysis, and synthesizing information into thoughtful recommendations

    • Update and refine Professional Services strategy, including developing required strategy documents on an ongoing basis, as needed

    • Partner with the PS analytics organization to develop data-driven insights and points of view

    • Develop high quality presentations / documents / analyses, both ad hoc and supporting overall business reviews of PS

    • Socialize and work with field and operations team to implement initiatives

    Experience/Skills Required:

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 10+ years experience in combination of management consulting, corporate development, and business line roles (experience with professional services is required)

    • Stellar problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions with little guidance, and craft high quality, detail oriented outputs

    • Strong communication and stakeholder relationship building skills

    • Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team oriented approach to problem solving

    • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast paced environment; ability to remain flexible and adjust on the fly to new demands and respond with a sense of urgency

    • Organized and efficient, results-oriented and able to move forward without complete information, very comfortable working in ambiguity

    • Strong executive-level visual and verbal presentation skills

    • Team leadership experience and skills developing high-performing teams, "win as a team" attitude and approach, overall openness to feedback and growth mindset

    Experience/Skills Preferred:

    • MBA

    • Enterprise software / Software-as-a-Service experience (SaaS)

    At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions.The typical base salary range for this position is $221,900 - $390,300 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $266,800 - $426,900 annually.The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
