ission and distribution networks in ADMS system: identify source data, map to the ADMS model, integrate/migrate and validate solutions against agreed business functionality.
Ensure that the ADMS solution, integration services and tools fits customer business goals set throughout the lifecycle of an ADMS project: the budget, agreed and reasonable scope, time, required quality standards (within agreed specifications) and concept of the ADMS product. The ADMS Grid engineer presents a key project role and understands how the comprehensive solution shall be used by customer
Work as a trusted advisor to the customer to gather requirements, analyze risks, and guide customer on implementation of ADMS software
Work as part of a project team to implement Schneider Electric's ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management) software and will lead at a technical level some subtasks
Work with project team members and/or directly with customer to diagnose issues with the functionality and/or performance of Schneider Electric's ADMS software in various testing phases of the project and then into critical production environments
Owns power network model management, equipment commissioning, coordinate network model building, and drive SCADA configuration, point‑to‑point testing, and cutover.
Troubleshooting issues related to ADMS network model, SCADA, Model Management, GIS, CIS and other data integration
Work with project team members and customer on cutover activities
Work with colleagues in company to prioritize features requests from the customer to help ensure delivery on time and with accurate scope
Required Qualifications:
University education in Power Engineering, Automation, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong electrical engineering knowledge and solid understanding of power systems and electrical machines at a university‑level academic standard
Fluent in written and spoken English
High level of professionalism in verbal and written communication
Good organizational skills
Strong willingness to learn, improve, and adapt
Teamwork, collaboration, and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Knowledge of SCADA protocols such as IEC 101/104, DNP3, ICCP, MODBUS, and IEC 61850
Prior experience with Power Systems-related processes such as data migration, data integration, data mapping, data validation, data commissioning, display building, and symbology
Experience with software engineering practices, tools, or development workflows (optional but beneficial)
Software development skills with a background in power engineering or energy-related systems (added per request)
Experience in end‑to‑end software project delivery
Ability to analyze requirements and participate in solution design
