    Join us as an Building AI Engineer Intern to make an impact!

    Location: Kallang

    **The Role:

    What will you do?**

    • Design, develop, and deploy AI models for predictive maintenance, energy optimization, occupancy analytics, and fault detection in building systems

    • Work with BMS, EMS, IoT sensors, and other building data sources to collect, clean, and structure data for AI applications

    • Collaborate with software engineers and solution architects to integrate AI models into scalable platforms and edge devices

    • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, smart buildings, and energy management

    • Prototype new solutions and validate them through pilot projects

    • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to understand requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful implementation

    • Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy regulations, cybersecurity standards, and ethical AI practices

    What qualifications will make you successful?

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related fields

    Skills/Systems knowledge:

    • 2 years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably in building automation, energy systems, or smart infrastructure

    • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and data engineering tools

    • Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, lighting, access control), BMS/EMS platforms, and IoT protocols

    • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and edge computing

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
