**The Role:
What will you do?**
Design, develop, and deploy AI models for predictive maintenance, energy optimization, occupancy analytics, and fault detection in building systems
Work with BMS, EMS, IoT sensors, and other building data sources to collect, clean, and structure data for AI applications
Collaborate with software engineers and solution architects to integrate AI models into scalable platforms and edge devices
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, smart buildings, and energy management
Prototype new solutions and validate them through pilot projects
Work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to understand requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful implementation
Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy regulations, cybersecurity standards, and ethical AI practices
What qualifications will make you successful?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
Skills/Systems knowledge:
2 years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably in building automation, energy systems, or smart infrastructure
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and data engineering tools
Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, lighting, access control), BMS/EMS platforms, and IoT protocols
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and edge computing
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
