Building Automation Install Tech

es paperwork, including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation. Provides feedback to Project Manager on changes and keeps as-built drawings current.

• Works with other trades to coordinate work on the job site

• Assisting Leads and technicians with point to point, adjustment/repairs and start up

• Basic trouble shooting

• Installation of water valves, Damper motors, watertight covers, temp sensor, Controllers, ect.

• Hand tools, power tools, powder actuated tools and ladder experience

• Works well with team members (installers will be moved between crews depending on workload or if the lead is called to a job with minimal work/hours)

• Sound and fire proofing

Qualifications:

• Able to climb ladders and work at moderate heights

• Must be capable of lifting equipment up to 75 lbs. for a distance.

• Willing to work after hours and weekends when necessary.

• Install using hand tools or power tools

Requirements:

• 3-5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Candidate must pass a criminal background check and drug screenin g
