Manage the triangle model accordingly and calculate the right prices (batch for GOES, currency effect..)
Management of the suppliers: QVE & Packaging follow-up: NLL management, packaging returns (Reverse logistics) and weekly connect session
Management of the data: weekly dashboard linked with the consumption (vs forecast impacting the WAP), management of the allocation impacting the WAP, managing the capacity with each supplier + GOES file impacting 50% of the Transfo TP
Animate the weekly coffee talk: inform the plant regarding the market, ways to adjust our transfo prices based on market conditions to maintain margin during tendering stages
Bushings:
Manage the capacity increase: CAPEX with different suppliers to have more moulds and capacity
Manage the new product development for ETO
Track & manage the qualification in the plants
Give market insight regarding the resin prices and potential impacts
Negotiate with strong German suppliers, familiarity and understanding of the market
Push & track all the QVE: management of the ideas and follow-up
Additionally:
Interface with category manager to collect ETO specifications, specify the qualification criteria and contribute to the segmentation of the strategy
Contribute and implement the strategy (SOC) in the cluster perimeter
Negotiate global frame-agreement with " cluster " suppliers
Initiate and drive breakthrough (make or buy, rebalancing, SBO, innovation...) on the category he/she is managing and follow the advancement
Develop supplier competitiveness and assess the quality level. React in front of deviations
Organize lesson learnt per category (multi-supplier approach). Return of Experience on key projects or on ETO dimension
Secure Supplier competitiveness on the commodity perimeter and the performance on negotiation lever
Raise and address "cluster" supplier quality of service and business continuity
Business Continuity first level for escalation
Support PPM and Group Manager on SRM strategy (Sponsorship, C2P, Business review)
Supplier base next generation, supplier selection connected with Category Strategy

Required skills and experience:
Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or relevant field from a leading educational institution with excellent academic credentials is preferred
Min 3-5 years' experience in Procurement Management having acquired the following skills:
negotiation
supplier relationship management
supplier base development
quality
lead time, etc
Experience in Transformer business procurement is critical
Possessing relevant technical acumen, understanding transformer specifications regarding magnetic cores & bushings
Able to navigate in a complex environment and organization, connecting with people and creating strong networking
Ability to influence, convince through strong stakeholder management and driving positive change management
Capability of handling multiple tasks and priorities, can n avigate through change and adapt to different stakeholders and peers
Own full accountability and leadership of the topics under his/her scope; managing end to end governance
Strong Customer focus with an understanding of Supply Chain and Quality processes
Competence in using Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel and SAP
Fluency in English, knowledge of French is a definite advantage
Personality:
Strong communication both in writing - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner internally as well as externally; and verbally - ability to make presentations in front of executives in a clear and concise manner
