Develop and maintain channel performance dashboards and reporting tools for real-time insights
Support distributor segmentation, sales target setting, and incentive tracking based on historical and live data
Manage and update Distributor Agreements and Commercial Policies in coordination with Channel Marketing, Legal, Business Development and Sales
Lead Commercial Policy reconciliation to ensure accuracy in pricing, rebates, and program eligibility
Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and timely renewal of distributor contracts and related compliance documents
Monitor partner compliance with commercial terms and identify risks or misalignment
Deliver data-backed recommendations for program rollouts, channel activation, and distributor account reviews
Act as the go-to liaison with Sales Ops, Legal, Business Development and Master Data teams to ensure system accuracy and distributor governance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree of any major
5 years of experience in marketing analytics, sales operations, or channel performance roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), and familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of sell-in/sell-out dynamics, distributor business models, and channel marketing principles
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data reporting platforms
Good communication skills - able to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized and reliable in managing documents, policies, and multi-stakeholder coordination
Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions (Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing)
