    Position summary

    ent/workshop, ZaloOA, Facebook,...) keeping customers informed and engaged.

    Digital platform engagement: Manage SE app (MySchneider Electrician App, MySchneider Retailer App, Zalo OA ....) channel for electricians and contractors. This includes implementing promotional campaigns, managing communication programs, and maintaining customer databases.

    Performance Reporting: Report program's performance to regional and managers on weekly or monthly basic.

    Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitor activities & market's needs (new offers, pricing, promotions, needs ...) and develop counter-strategies if needed.

    Continuous improvement: Work with the regional team to develop new program initiatives and new features for our mobile app, fostering stronger customer loyalty.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as engineering, marketing, or product management.

    • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering/Marketing/Product Management with solid technical understanding.

    • Willing to travel to provinces and other regions on quarterly basic.

    • Excellent communication and planning skills are essential for success in this role.

    • Fluency in written and spoken English is required for collaboration with regional teams.

    • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline) is a strong plus.

    • Experience in managing Digital applications is a strong plus.
