Dein IMPACT

• Steuerung und Ausbau der Online-Präsenz unserer Marken auf Drittplattformen, Marktplätzen und im eigenen Webshop

• Betreuung und Entwicklung von E-Commerce-Partnern inkl. Vertragsverhandlungen, Kampagnenplanung und Performance-Monitoring

• Optimierung von Produktinhalten, Sortimenten und digitalen Verkaufsstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Marketing und Vertrieb

• Umsetzung von Omnichannel-Kampagnen und digitalen Wachstumsprogrammen

• Verbesserung der digitalen Customer-Journey und Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit

• Analyse von Verkaufsdaten, Conversion-Rates, Margen und Retouren zur Ableitung strategischer Massnahmen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams wie Supply Chain, Customer Service und Channel Marketing

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Digital Business, Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im E-Commerce oder Plattformvertrieb, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld oder technischen Handel

• Sehr gutes Verständnis des Schweizer Handels- und E-Commerce-Marktes (inkl. DIY und Elektriker-Kanäle)

• Erfahrung in Stakeholder-Management und funktionsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit

• Analytisches Denken, sicherer Umgang mit BI-Tools, Excel und Plattform-Dashboards

• Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamgeist und Ergebnisorientierung

• Fliessende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
