What will you do?**
Provide technical support on Cooling Products on BFO, via e-mail/phone/video or through remote connections to SE FSRs and CSPs
Contribute to the creation of technical bulletins (Field Service Bulletin, Method of Procedure and Known Event) describing the problem solving on Cooling Products
Contribute to the quality improvement of the products on current portfolio collaborating with Cooling LOB (Offer Quality Leaders/ CS&Q)
Contribute to the management of the Advanced FSRs Community by creating Knowledge sharing content
Update the content of the FSR database for Cooling Products
Contribute to the development of the training modules collaborating with Training teams
Contribute to release new cooling products with connected capabilities allowing predictive & advanced maintenance enhancing remote troubleshooting capabilities
Contribute to improve procedures for development of FSR Service Tools.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Master's Degree in Engineering preferably in thermodynamic or energetic field.
At least 5 years of work experience related to Field Services activities or R&D product development on cooling products.
Fluent English (oral and written)
Good thermodynamic knowledge and cooling experience are mandatory
Good verbal and written communication skills
Team-work capabilities
Capability to self-assess & follow-up your own performance
Flexibility and ability to learn fast
Problem solving skills and predisposition to understand and explain in a simple way high level technical information
Continuous Improvement mindset
Willingness of achieving ambitious goals both individual and common.
Ability to work respecting clear deadlines
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders (Colleagues, End Users, Suppliers)
Availability to travel occasionally WW.
Knowledgeable on digital communication tools
