Develop and elevate standard RFx / eRA templates (grids) in alignment with category management
Contract Management
Handle contract administration and maintenance of contract data, storage of documents
Support sourcing teams on contract management related tasks: creation & signature processes within
the digital platform
Drive contracts spend coverage and transparency by handling the contract migration of offline
contracts
Data Management
Support standard and ad hoc spend data collections
Ensure high level of data accuracy within digital tools
Support the relationship and supplier performance management and saving reporting within respective
tools
Lead Global Initiatives by driving other hubs and Sourcing teams for Cybersecurity, Data Protection,
Business Reviews etc.
Exposure
Handle ad-hoc requests and support sourcing teams up on need
Support the preparation and coordination of supplier and internal business reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelors' Degree with minimum 2-3 years of work experience
Experienced in Shared Service Operations
Digital acumen (e.g. Collaboration Tools, SAP, MS Office, Excel ...)
Procurement & business acumen background
Fluent English, a 2nd language is a plus
Networking Management & Customer orientation
