    Position summary

    Main objectives as OPL:

    • Achieve purchasing targets for the project (Supplier Sourcing, Cost, Contracts Time to Market, etc.)

    • Facilitae the make-or-buy decision

    • Lead project purchasing activities in collaboration with project team members

    • Leverage innovation coming from suppliers (Design or buy, Co-development)

    • Lead price negotiations for products, responsible for the final resolution of all contractual agreements

    • Monitor project and provide support to solve issues and ensure process compliance is accountable for the end-to-end feasibility of the project

    • Contribute proactively to align supplier selection with category strategies (FC/RM)

    • Make a strong advanced business continuity plan to reduce the risk of supply chain disruption.

    Qualifications

    Education: Engineering Bachelor or Master degree, MBA is a plus.

    Job-Related Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of experience in a Purchasing/Sourcing team of a Multinational corporation, Experience in project purchasing is mandatory. Candidates from the Modular Data center industry with relevant industry are preferred,

    Business Understanding: Knowledge of sourcing and supply chain for pre-fabricated containers, LV panel fabrication & assembly, cables, and Fire Detection and Suppression Systems is desired. I ndustrial product application experience will be a plus.

    For the Modular Data Center ( Pre-Fab) LoB; we invite applications for the role of an Offer Procurement Leader (OPL) in the BU Procurement function. The incumbent drives sourcing strategy and procurement for the new products, and product transfer, and also extends the procurement support to the LoB throughout the life cycle of a product.

    The LoB(Line of Business) is changing the way of working to be more Agile, the OPL will lead the procurement activities within the Leagues or Squad.

    The OPL is part of a product development project team that works closely with the different members within the Offer Creation Process (OCP) such Engineers, Marketing, Product owners, Industrialization team, etc., and/or the Brand Labeling Management Process (BLMP).

    This role is key to the coordination of procurement activities between Global Supply Chain and the business units with a focus on growth and meeting technical challenges through innovation/partnership with suppliers.
