Dein IMPACT

SMART Factory & OT-Digitalisierung:

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Smart-Operations-Strategie für den Standort

• Einführung und Skalierung digitaler Lösungen wie IIoT, Connected Worker, Shopfloor - IT, Automatisierung, Datenintegration

• Identifikation, Bewertung und Priorisierung digitaler Use Cases mit messbarem Mehrwert

• Leitung von Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten- von der Idee bis zum Rollout

Digitale Transformation:

• Verantwortung für die standortspezifische Digital - Roadmap und deren kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung

• Beratung der Standortleitung zu Technologieentscheidungen, Architekturfragen und Prioritäten

• Aufbau digitaler Kompetenzen am Standort und Übernahme einer sichtbaren Change - Leadership-Rolle

Cybersecurity (IT & OT):

• Standortweite Cybersecurity - Ownership im IT- und OT-Umfeld

• Umsetzung globaler Sicherheitsstandards (z.B. NIST, IEC 62443)

• Durchführung von Security-Assessments, Risikoanalysen und Ableitung wirksamer Massnahmen

• Sicherstellung einer modernen, skalierbaren und resilienten IT/OT - Security - Architektur

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene Studium oder Ausbildung in Informatik, Cybersecurity, Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in digitaler Transformation, OT - Digitalisierung oder Smart - Factory - Technologien

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in OT-Security, Netzwerksicherheit sowie relevanten Standards (z. B. NIST, IEC 62443)

• Erfahrung mit IIoT-Lösungen, Prozessautomatisierung oder Datenintegration in Produktionsumgebungen

• Nachweisliche Stärke darin, technologische und organisatorische Veränderungsprozesse zu führen

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit- du kannst komplexe digitale Themen verständlich vermitteln

• Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
