    Position summary

    of the ETO designs and launched products field failure and provide the technical guidance and leadership. 5. • Meeting specifications: Ensuring designs meet customer specifications, as well as standards from organizations like the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 6. Resolving technical problems: Participating in the resolution of technical problems, and proposing improvements to products, processes, and tools. Have the ability to trouble shoot as well as aid customers with design requirements and applications. 7. Preparing documentation: Preparing engineering deliverables, manufacturing documentation, and drawings 8. Coordinating: Coordinating between the electrical team and other departments 9. Providing technical advice: Working directly with customers & application engineering team as a technical advisor to help with sales. 10. Preparing estimates: Developing accurate estimates that align with the company's marketing and profit strategies. 11. Provide technical support as needed to the Test Department as they test your designs. Provide expected results and required tests in advance. 12. Review final test data to evaluate your designs.

    What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

    1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

    2. Minimum of 5Y of relevant Electrical design experience in 3 phase electrical connection and distribution design.

    3. A strong foundation and experience in electrical engineering is essential including single line diagram design of high-power systems.

    4. Working experience in Busbar design & Calculation, Selection of Switch Gears, Selection of Power, and Control Cables according to global engineering codes and standards

    5. Design/ selection of circuit breakers, current transformers (CT) branches, power distribution section, bus bars, cables, protection devices, grounding scheme, electrical panels, power distribution products, transfer switches, power monitoring solutions, UPS batteries etc.

    6. • Experience working with high power (A few hundred of kilowatts to megawatt range) systems.

    7. • Strong Knowledge in Electrical AutoCAD and able to create GA, SLD and Submittal Drawings

    8. • Strong knowledge in engineering design deliverables DFM, DFMEA, PFMEA, FTA, CQCS

    9. • Understanding customer requirement & specify for the product adaptation requirements. Suggesting a technically ideal and commercially viable solution to the customer / consultant (end to end solution) with available product basket.

    10. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    11. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Stakeholder management; must lead from front.

    12. • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to UPS systems, PDU and data center applications.

    13. • Understanding of the power and control architectures of 3 Phase PDU/PMM products is a plus.

    14. • Good knowledge in Datacenter PDU & Remote power panels & UPS Aux

    15. • Good knowledge in electrical power and control Circuits.

    16. • High level skills needed in planning

    17. • Good knowledge in safety standards, electrical codes, Symbols, earthing systems etc

    18. • Good command in English; Written - ability to communicate in a clear & concise manner with internal & external customers.

    • Ability to work both independently & as part of a team
