The Opportunity
Our Services team provides 24/7 servicing for: hospitals, utilities, data centers and just about everything in-between. With a strong market presence and a growing project pipeline, we are experiencing sustained growth which has created this exciting career opportunity. As our new Electrical Projects Coordinator you will support a variety of electrical and related projects as you deliver Customer solutions across markets that are calling for our expertise.
With diverse technical projects across both our Secure Power and Power Systems operations, our expertise covers; UPS, cooling, batteries, switchgear, circuit breakers and a wide range of supporting products and services. Leveraging your specialist skills and experience with a truly global organisation, you will make an Impact and contribute to the strategic direction of our growing operations.
This exciting new career opportunity will see you:
Collaborating with a variety of passionate stakeholders to support the execution of varied technical projects including; Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Service Representatives, Planners, Contractors and other site-specific stakeholders
Liaise with varied Customers to understand technical requirements and provide specialist guidance on in relation to our diverse portfolio of product solutions and service offerings
Manage project documentation, including scopes of work, schedules, risk assessments, reporting and other internal process or compliance requirements
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and ensure we are delivering Customer solutions
Hands-on technical support during installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting phases
Maintain strong Customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Our ideal candidate will possess:
Relevant trade or other related tertiary qualifications (Electrical, Engineering, Technical, Project Management etc.) coupled with proven experience in a similar role in Project Coordinator or Project Manager
Intermediate IT skills, proven in the use of project management tools and other digital platforms
Proven background in the coordination of technical projects, ideally within a similar large-scale organisation
Skilled in maintaining close stakeholder relationships and achieving outcomes through people
Natural problem solver with a proven ability to leverage technical knowledge in successfully navigating complex challenges while achieving technical solutions
Those with additional postgraduate qualifications will be viewed favourably
