3. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUD
ü Bachelor's degree or higher in power electronics , electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
4. WORK EXPEREINCE
ü A minimum of 5 years of experience in power electronics design and development, particularly in the field of UPS or related power supply products.
ü Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, with a solid foundation in power electronics theory.
ü Familiarity with the application requirements and relevant standards of UPS systems (performance, testing, safety, EMC).
5. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
ü Familiar with UPS application requirements and relevant standards (performance, testing, safety, EMC).
ü Strong knowledge in analog and digital electronic design.
ü Proficient in the calculation and sizing of power converter components, including magnetic components.

ü Familiar with PCB layout rules and PCBA design constraints.

ü Strong skills in converter modeling and simulation.
ü Effective report writing and communication skills.
