ne the roadmap and execute key digital innovation initiatives across all Equipment plants globally to enhance ETO processes and efficiency.
• Represent ETO in global innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This includes training, analysis, testing, onsite checks, and pilot follow-ups.
• Collaboration: Work with functional teams to identify key pain areas in ETO specific functions (Tendering, Project Management, Engineering, FAT) and leverage emerging technologies to find ground breaking solution.
• Lead Paperless ETO Initiative: Check paper usage onsite, coordinate with plants, create baselines, define E2E architecture, run pilots, and assess plants for MMR.
• Market Analysis / industry monitoring : Analyse market / industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
• SME Coordination: Lead, coordinate, and animate SME groups for ETO-specific POCs.
• Strategic Contributions: Contribute to Kick-offs, Stee Co, STEP Innovation Council, CODIx,
• "Usecase" MMR animation for Equipment perimeter. Coordinate with RSMEs / plants across all regions to identify needs, pain areas, new opportunities and MMR assessment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science.
• Proven experience as an ETO process expert with a strong digital mindset.
• Experience in managing digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Experience in a global role or working with international teams is a plus.
