• Ability to proactively identify risks in material or information flows and resolve them quickly.

• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred / SAP) and Excel/analytics tools.

• Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to planning accuracy.

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma is a plus).

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, material planning, production control, or related areas.

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle strongly preferred).

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or data visualization tools.

• Solid understanding of planning fundamentals: demand, supply, inventory, capacity.

• Experience in manufacturing or high-volume production environments is a strong plus.

• Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma, or Lean are beneficial but not required.

• Demonstrated ability to handle time-sensitive operations and work cross-functionally.
