• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance footprint efficiency and business operations.
• Provide periodic Updates to Global leaders & cluster management on Related topics & High-profile Initiatives, Highlights, lowlights & Risks.
• Manage high-priority projects, at New & ongoing sites including industrial, warehouses & commercial offices.
• Ensure all Facilities are aligned with SE global requirements on sustainability & Green Building Initiatives.
• Prepare & present executive summary for new Initiatives including forecasted spend, Opex, Capex. present recommendations & general project planning.
• Establish and enforce Global Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPPs) to ensure compliance, efficiency, and service excellence.
• Maintain, update, and keep current the company's central repository for real estate agreements and financial commitments.
• selecting real estate brokers to represent the company in lease negotiations. Manage the activities of the real estate brokers selected.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
• Oversee MEA zone spend & budgeting process, ensuring financial control and proactive issue resolution.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to Real Estate & IFM teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics at both departmental and individual levels, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Assists in developing annual operating and capital budget projections for real estate and facility projects. Identifies opportunities for cost reduction, containment, or avoidance.
• Maintain familiarity with related quality processes and procedures. Submit recommendations for updates or revisions as needed.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 15 or more years of previous related experience.
• Previous facility management and real estate negotiation/transaction experience required.
• More than 10 years of experience in corporate real estate management role, or operational leadership.
• Strong expertise in process optimization, strategic planning, and MIS-driven performance management.
Software Proficiency:
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and data analytics tools.
• Experience with project management tools and systems integration frameworks.
