• Ability to differentiate sensitive cases and escalate if required with the manager

• Research and resolve data issues.

Key Skills:

• Ability to understand data and extract meaningful information from systems.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferred

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Adaptable, client service-focused, collaborative, organized, and skilled at multitasking

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Previous analyst, information systems, and/or HR experience of 3+ years preferred

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
