Create requisitions to hire on contractors
Track progress and work with hiring managers and HR to coordinate their actions
HR Communications
Collect and refine HR communications
Periodically send communications for:
DEI
Campaigns
Wellness updates
Learning Milestones
Sending various reminders and job aids via email
May be tasked to create some novel communications
Manage HR knowledge repository
Organize the files of HR job aids
Know the locations of different aids and policies to assist HRBPs in knowledge retention
Update aids as necessary
Project Tracking
Know the status of various projects by parting with the project leaders
Track the status for reporting to the team / HR Director

Active bachelor students from 6th semester and up related to the HR area: Administration, Psychology, IIA, International Busines, Communication, Public Relations.
Graduating in December 2025 or later
