Primarily focus on selling UPS/Rack(Option)/PDU
Clearly articulate the Schneider Electric - value proposition and engage the customer in jointly addressing their business priorities.
You will assume complete responsibility for partner activity and development within a territory.
Execute promotionally effective marketing and sales programs for partner.
Establish and achieve sales goals and objectives for territory.
Increasesales volume within territory.
Suggest creative sales and marketing concepts to Management.
Ensure that authorized distributions are present within assigned retail accounts.
Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales, activities and other required reports and forms.
Develop proper relations and rapport with customers within territory.
Qualifications
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (business or engineering an advantage)
5+ years' sales experience, with a track record of successful lead generation and delivering new business
3+ years ' account manage experience in directly or indirectly with e-commerce and electronics retailer.
Experience in distributor/partner account management
Knowledge in IT Products(Sever/Network/Edge Solution)
Demonstrates leadership ability through direct or cross functional team
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Aligns a strategy and enables results through others
Interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office applications
CRM experience and maintaining an accurate forecast is preferred
Background managing medium to large partner accounts
Demonstrate experience and success within a team selling approach
Possess the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners, and clients using a Win/Win philosophy
Demonstrate written and oral communication skills required to write formal reports of findings
Coordinate with team on account strategy and the business department strategic plan
Work cross-functionally and manage day to day activities
Intermediate English skill is preferred
Personal qualities such as: self driven, autonomous, influential, perseverance, reliable, direct, curious and creative
