**The Role:
What will you do?**
Join the regional Talent and Learning Team and facilitate deployment of developmental interventions to drive Sales, Business and Leadership Growth in the East Asia Region
Experience end-to-end learning process, from needs analysis to facilitation to learning evaluation
Undertake special projects related to driving a learning culture and branding of learning activities
Translate learning needs assessments into a Regional Development Plan
Develop, organize and facilitate, and analyze the progress of learning interventions to meet the learning needs of the Region
Propose new and creative ways of measuring learning progress and effectiveness through l everaging digital tools
What qualifications will make you successful?
Bachelor's in Business / Human Resources / Psychology / Engineering / IT Skills / Systems
Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint, good to know Data Analytics; Tableau, Klaxoon & Learning Facilitation Tools
Strong verbal & written communication skills
