**The Role:

What will you do?**

• Join the regional Talent and Learning Team and facilitate deployment of developmental interventions to drive Sales, Business and Leadership Growth in the East Asia Region

• Experience end-to-end learning process, from needs analysis to facilitation to learning evaluation

• Undertake special projects related to driving a learning culture and branding of learning activities

• Translate learning needs assessments into a Regional Development Plan

• Develop, organize and facilitate, and analyze the progress of learning interventions to meet the learning needs of the Region

• Propose new and creative ways of measuring learning progress and effectiveness through l everaging digital tools

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's in Business / Human Resources / Psychology / Engineering / IT Skills / Systems

• Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint, good to know Data Analytics; Tableau, Klaxoon & Learning Facilitation Tools

• Strong verbal & written communication skills
