• Identify and express to the Team Leader any risks regarding health, safety, quality and environment, including reporting all incidents and near misses.

• Know the recommended gestures to perform the standard operating modes. Suggest proposals to improve the operating mode.

• Ensure the quality of the operations performed by controlling and respecting the standards.

• Apply escalation process in case of any deviation (safety, environment, quality, performance).

• Strong contributor to continuous improvement

Qualifications

This job might be for you if:

• Microsoft Office

• Autocad

• 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment

• Lean Manufacturing knowledge.

• Root Cause Analysis Tools

• Core Tools knowledge.

• Knowledge of spot welding

• Interpretation of drawings for reading specifications

• Knowledge of machinery (milling machines, presses, drill presses)

• Knowledge of performing preventive and corrective maintenance
