• Experience in troubleshooting BMS and its operational issues is desired.
• Exposure with design, configuration, and selection of assets to the BMS system.

• Remote Site Deployment
The main responsibilities include :
• Implement Schneider Electric Building Advisor offer remotely for our customers. • Integrate customer BMS and cloud platform by mapping each asset and its associated points.
• Set up the entire customer site configuration within the BA platform and commission the site.
• Analyze analytics triggered from the site and finetune recommendations with help from on-site field experts.
• Prioritize analytics findings based on comfort, maintenance concerns, and energy wastage.
• Guide country Building Advisor SMEs/ staff through the Building Advisor deployment and commissioning process.
• Provision for internal and external training
• Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to customers on the BA platform.
• Drive the complete BA onboarding process(Scope & SLA coverage, s/w deployment, status reporting and training).
• Remote access to the customer BMS (If available) and all other information required for BA deployment.
• Update customers on actions and strictly meet the project timelines. Skills and Abilities
• Understanding of building management systems and energy usage
• Excellent knowledge of HVAC and control systems.
• Good knowledge of BMS systems. Exposure to EcoStruxure™ Building Operation a plus
• Understanding of BacNet, LON, Modbus and other similar protocols
. • Commissioning and testing experience on-site is an added advantage.
• Sound technical knowledge and capability around networking systems and computer systems Documentation and knowledge management

• Use the existing knowledge base and other resources to assist the team find the correct resolution.
• Update knowledge base and/or team resources with the site or contract-specific information, best practices, etc based on interactions
• Ensure project-related documentation is updated regularly and status is communicated to the team and higher management. Support & Training
• Ensure training is completed in accordance with your employee development plan
• Provide in house training/ knowledge share sessions for BA team based on learning.
• Identify and implement system improvements.
• Initiate your own training to maintain a thorough knowledge of the Schneider Electric and associated tools and resources, and customer specific tools and resources

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent from a recognized university. Training/hands-on experience in buildings management systems is a plus
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with BMS and HVAC systems
Building and Energy efficiency certifications are added advantage
