• Develop new methods : Create new procedures for production operations, including new equipment and machinery.

• Monitor and improve : Track production metrics and make improvements based on data analysis

• Identify areas for improvement, develop new processes, and implement cost-reducing changes

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of proven experience as a method engineer

• Qualification - BE Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Knowledge of Excel, SAP ,PPT, One MM

• Demonstrable ability to lead manage staff.

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

• Having strong communication skills to manage internal & external stockholder expectation.

• Must have consistently high academic grades through years of study.

• Good personnel presentation.

• Ability to make decision under pressure.

• Good commercial & business understanding.

• Working knowledge of various types of telecommunication equipment.
