Manage simulation activities to validate design intent and performance.
Verification & Validation
Prepare verification and validation plans as required.
Coordinate and oversee testing activities in laboratories.
Analyse test results and prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders.
Technical Expertise & Leadership
Apply deep knowledge of electromechanical and electrotechnical domains, mastering multiple specialized know‑how areas.
Provide technical mentorship, guidance, and assistance to junior engineers and designers.
Functionally lead design teams on assigned projects.
Quality & Standards Compliance
Ensure all deliverables comply with drawing rules, industry standards, project specifications, manufacturability guidelines, and internal quality processes.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal procedures, best practices, and design methodologies.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and implement improvements in methods, tools, and products.
Promote innovation and support simplification initiatives within the engineering team.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, or related field.
Experience
Significant experience (typically 3-6 years) in electromechanical/electrotechnical product design.
Proven track record leading design activities and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Experience in conducting simulations and performing verification & validation activities.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, etc.).
Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, electrical components, and design principles.
Knowledge of industry standards and manufacturing processes.
Ability to interpret and generate complex technical documentation.
Soft Skills
Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and mentoring skills.
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex technical tasks.
Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Work Environment
Involves close collaboration with engineering, industrialization, supply chain, and testing teams.
Requires a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities within dynamic project environments.
