Customer Management: • Define visit frequency for each customer based on sales plan • Conduct regular meetings with OEM,EU, Contractors and Panel Builders to maintain relationship, resolve issues and motivate them to buy SEI Products • Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow sales network
Promotional Activities: • Organize Contractor Meet /OEM/ Panel Builder Meet / Plant Visits / Technical Training / Factory visits , etc., for customers / consultants • Ensure direct execution of Promotion Schemes designed by Marketing Team.
Qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile:
• B.E. Electrical/Electronics with 5+ years of experience in Electrical and Automation Industry preferably in Key Segment like End Users is essential.
• Candidate shall be passionate, self -driven and team player. Adaptability-Create/ share/ adapt good practices, open to feedback, dealing with complexity & ambiguity • Assertiveness • Collaborative and Result Oriented.
