country Business teams to make deployment of projects smooth and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities:
Insure the development and execution of the country marketing communications initiatives including product launches, sales collateral, tradeshows, campaigns, social site presence, company website, public relations, events, telemarketing, data entry, research, keycode creation and administrative matters
Executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner
Follow up and update marketing spend on regular basis - design marcom activities to maximize ROI
Collaborate closely and coordinate with managers in Marketing and Sale to leverage marcom
Negotiate with 3rd party vendors/agencies on marcom operations related requirements to get the best service with the lowest price possible (procurement activity)
Maintain marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory (product brochures, corporate gifts)
Assist with other administrative marketing duties such as preparing documents for mailing; updating marketing calendar
Skills
Conceptual skills of various marcom practices
Highly organized, proactive problem-solver, and quick learner
Adapt easily in complex organization
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency with computer software, document/presentation editing and Excel skills
Experience
Proven working experience in related job function is required
Work experience in technology related industry is plus
Education
Bachelor degree with specialty in marketing, communication, journalism/public relations, advertising is preferred
