Who will you report to?
In this role, you will report to the GSC Planning and Deliver Training Leader.
You'll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team focused on training development, internal communications, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a contributor role, meaning you'll have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, gain exposure to global operations, and contribute meaningfully to impactful projects.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
This internship is a great fit for you if you meet the following qualifications:
• You are an active bachelor student, currently in your 6th semester or later.
• Your expected graduation date is December 2026 or later.
• You have availability to work on-site in the mornings at our Monterrey Hub.
• You are proficient in PowerPoint, and have experience with video editing tools such as Camtasia or Articulate 360.
• You have intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• You possess branding knowledge and a strong sense of visual design.
• You are comfortable working with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• You have advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• You are proactive, creative, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
