    Position summary

    with the aim of promoting the offers that we have defined as strategic in the business unit.

    • Detection and development of Power and Industry business opportunities

    • Commercial visits to assigned customers.

    • Promote the digital offer within business opportunities.

    • Reach targets in orders and sales in the services business unit.

    • Ensure the satisfaction of assigned customers.

    • Promote recurring and digital contracts in assigned clients.

    • Identification and closing of consulting businesses.

    • Accompany the service sales strategy through channels.

    • Work toward GM's goals of the services business unit.

    Qualifications

    Do you have these key experiences and qualifications?

    • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field or experience

    • The MBA is a plus (in business or management)

    • Fluent English required

    • 5 years of experience in offer exploration and incubation

    • Industrial Automation knowledge

    • Tendering/ BID experience

    • Financial acumen (cost, margin, revenue, forecasting, etc.)

    • AI and development tools knowledge, Jira / Aha! Software

    • Former experience in industries such as digital services, industrial automation, software.

    • Established knowledge on digital transformation, digital and sustainable services

    • Experience in agile frameworks in software development

    • Accustomed to working in a cross-functional/international environment

    • Design Thinking, Value Proposition Design and Lean Start Up

    • Creative problem-solving mindset

    • Consulting & Business Solutions
