• Facilitate and monitor Partner Certification Requirements, ensuring that they stay in compliance/current within Schneider systems (Avetta, Cyber, Insurance, etc.)
• Maintain a strong network of Partners that augment our service teams with appropriate skill sets to assist in local/regional/national markets.
• Support capacity planning, partner evaluation, pre-qualification and audits if required by managing usage reporting.
• Maintain data integrity by ensuring internal databases are current with key partner data, including contact information, address, and pertinent financial information.
• Support the on-boarding process for new partners.
• Liaise with training and sales department for training quotation and registration for partners.
• Provide support to the partner execution team by awarding work to our partners and managing their invoices, as needed.
• Other duties that are required by management.
Qualifications
Who would be successful?
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain
Applicants must be willing to work in Cavite
Preferably 1-4 Yrs. experience in Customer Service or equivalent
Solid understanding of Service delivery and what constitutes a typical service lifecycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as attention to detail
Adept in the use of Word, Excel, Power Point
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts. Proven ability to work in a team environment between the functions of Manufacturing Operations, Customer Care Center, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and interact regularly with senior management regarding goals and accomplishments.
Team player, who listens well and carefully considers their actions before initiating them, while organizing large groups of people and effectively deliver information in an impactful way.
