    As a Compliance Data Analysis & Visualization Intern , you will contribute to transforming raw data into actionable insights that support global and local decision ‑ making within the organization .

    What will you learn?

    • How to analyze Compliance ‑ related data ( metrics , processes , risks ) and extract meaningful insights .

    • How to build high ‑ impact dashboards and visualizations using Power BI / Tableau .

    • How to document processes , visualizations , and analytics workflows .

    • How to review the current KPI framework of the Compliance team and identify improvement opportunities .

    • How to benchmark our internal metrics against global and local best ‑ practice guidelines .

    • How to correlate indicators to identify trends , anomalies , or emerging risks .

    ? Are you who we are looking for?

    • Grade or Master's student in Data Analysis , Engineering , Statistics , Economics , Business Analytics , Compliance , Risk , Audit, or related fields .

    • Knowledge or interest in learning :

    • Excel .

    • SQL .

    • Tableau .

    • Python or R for data analysis .

    • Visio.

    • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail .

    • Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams .

    • D esire to learn.

    • Be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day ( Monday to Friday) and be available in the mornings . The schedule is flexible and you can start between 8 and 10am.

    • To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months .

    • Be available to start in May .

    • High English level.
