    • Collaborate with Offer Management & R&D to identify offer gaps, define product requirements, and contribute to the roadmap.
    • Coach and mentor junior team members by reviewing work for accuracy and quality, and sharing best practices.

    What will make you successful

    • Proven experience in technical pre‑sales and product/solution consulting within building automation, power monitoring, or energy management domains.

    • Strong understanding of product specifications and application engineering; ability to translate complex requirements into customer‑centric architectures.

    • Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

    • Track record of partnering with sales, improving customer satisfaction, and winning tenders or proposals.

    • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and EcoXpert partners, providing ongoing technical guidance and training.

    • Preferred: Experience with EPMS/ECMS, power quality (PQ meters, harmonic mitigation), IEC 61850, or similar standards-plus familiarity with Schneider Electric's Digital Power portfolio.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Power, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering with 5-10 years' experience.

    • Proven experience with LV products; IT and network system knowledge is a plus.

    • Strong background in system integration, building/power systems design, energy management, and facility solutions.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills; fluent in English.

    • Proactive, sales-driven, and able to work independently with strong leadership and analytical abilities.

    • Exposure to project sales/execution and a solution-oriented approach.
