The individual in this position leads and manages the manufacturing team to deliver an Integrated Package scope of work including, Prefab Enclosures, e-Houses, skids with electrical distribution, automation control systems.
What will you do?
Oversee the production process from start to finish.
Develop and implement plans to meet production goals and deadlines.
Manage a team of production supervisors and workers
Schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure maximum efficiency
Identify and resolve production - related problems promptly
Ensure the quality of the end of the product meets customer expectations
Monitor inventory levels and order material as needed
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Ensure adequate staffing
Maintain accurate records of production data and costs

What qualifications will make you successful?
10+ years of experience on Manufacturing Operational Excellence
5 + years of experience on Lean Manufacturing Tool Environment
Understanding of systems integration, wiring connections control systems is a plus
Schneider Electric products and Electrical Enclosure integration knowledge is a plus
Education:
BS degree in an Industrial Engineering/ Electrical /Manufacturing discipline preferred
Master's degree a plus
