    • Leadership: Motivate and challenge teams, acting as a leader of leaders with a business and system thinking mindset.

    • Metrics Management: Be accountable for key metrics such as time, schedule, predictability, quality, and flow, focusing on critical path and risk management.

    Skills you must have for this role:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

    • Over 8 years of experience in RTE and/or program management in software and cloud solutions

    • More than 5 years of technical experience

    • Strong people skills, including communication, risk assessment, change management, and stakeholder management

    • Ability to influence and convince

    • Strong Agile experience

    • Solid understanding of business needs

    Nice-to-have skills for this role:

    • SAFe certification (SPC, LPM, or other)

    • Experience launching products to global markets

    • Understanding of offer strategy and solution identification

    • Experience with multi-site and remote teams

    • Knowledge of building management systems (BMS)
