• Drive cost-saving opportunities with internal teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Escalate critical risks and drive closure with responsible departments.
• Monitor production readiness: material availability, capacity, work instructions, quality plans.
• Coordinate with SCM on forecast, delivery schedules, shortages, and supplier issues.
• Support daily issue resolution and drive long-term improvement actions.
• Prepare weekly project dashboards and executive reports.
• Maintain project documentation, contracts, customer communication logs, and KPIs.
• 3-7 years of experience in EMS, manufacturing, or technical program management.
• Hands-on familiarity with high-mix, low-volume or high-volume electronics production.
• Proven track record in NPI, PCBA, mechanical assembly, or related domains.
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of:
o Electronics manufacturing processes (SMT, DIP, testing, box-build)
o BOM structures / AVL / ECN
o Quality systems (ISO9001, IATF16949, IPC)
o Supply chain & material planning fundamentals
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing presentation skills.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• High sense of ownership, urgency, and problem-solving capability.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
